Because we use hardwood substrate, we can bring mushrooms with excellent taste to your kitchen!

Sustainable Farming

We believe in sustainable farming. Our goal is to responsibly provide delicious and nutritious mushrooms while being eco-friendly with our composting and use of material. Our mushrooms are grown from untreated recycled hardwood sawdust substrates that are sterilized without the use of chemicals and provide the perfect medium for the nourishment of our mushrooms! 

We carefully monitor temperature and humidity while also utilizing solar power to fuel our farm. 

We also use ultrasonic and UV sterilization for all the water we need to grow our happy mushrooms!

We will always strive to  find new ways of sustainable growing methods to serve our community.
